In an eagerly anticipated reunion, the internationally renowned Chef Lennox Hastie of Firedoor and Gildas, Australia's only fully wood-fired restaurant, will once again collaborate with the island to curate a unique culinary adventure in 2025.
The four-night island experience, scheduled from the 27th to the 31st of March, will seamlessly blend the pristine natural beauty and produce of the island with Chef Lennox Hastie’s culinary mastery, offering an extraordinary three-part journey for food enthusiasts.
Welcome Dinner: The adventure begins with a welcome dinner for island guests created by Lennox and Kokomo Private Island’s Head Chefs Andy Bryant and Caroline Oakley. Set against the magical backdrop of the beach at sunset, this is a feast that pays homage to beautiful local ingredients, telling a subtle story of flavours, textures and aromas of produce cooked over embers.
Masterclass: Dive into the world of gastronomic artistry at Lennox’s exclusive masterclass, to be held in one of the islands Grand Residences. Uncover the secrets of culinary alchemy as Lennox generously shares his insider tips and kitchen wisdom, with the added pleasure of his signature snacks.
Beach BBQ: Travel to nearby, yet very secluded Namara Private Island where a ‘desert island luncheon’ will be prepared over open fire, hosted by Lennox and Kokomo’s Head Chef Andy.
