Marine Biologist

Bula vinaka! I'm Alisi Soderberg, a Marine Biologist at Kokomo Private Island. Growing up near the sea, I developed a passion for marine life that led me to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Marine Science from the University of the South Pacific. I've also volunteered for Turtle Conservation and marine management projects here in Fiji to promote conservation. Working with Cliona O'Flaherty and Viviana Taubera at Kokomo has been an incredible opportunity to learn about sustainability projects like Manta, Clam restoration, Mangrove reforestation, coral and turtle conservation, and more. It's an honor to be part of this team and I'm grateful for the chance to contribute to marine resource preservation. Vinaka!
